STARLIGHT CITY
Get ready for those flashing lights! Starlight City is the
city of entertainment. Known for it's casinos and clubs, lots of
people travel to the glowing city in hopes of winning it big.
Due to it being an unfinished city, thick smog
looms over it, the only source of light coming from the bright
billboards and advertisements. Wearing masks have become the norm
for visiters and residents alike, and people can even be seen
incorparating it to their outfits.
Starlight is ran by Puzzle Slaughter, head of the Slaughter Family.
Aesthetics
This city is a mix of Las Vegas and Old Hollywood. With aesthetics
such as the roaring 20s and art deco.
