Slaughter Family

One of the richest families in Starlight city, considered to be modern day aristocrats (they act like it too). Head of the family is Puzzle Slaughter, a cannibal and "queen" of Starlight. The family aren't blood related at all, and are just a group of people Puzzle is close with. The family is in no way funded or helped by The System, they just have enough money to pay off police and politicians.

This family runs the entertainment buisness at Starlight City, which is why they have a never ending cash flow. Puzzle practically owns the city in it's entirety.
