Pulse Radio
A live broadcasting radio station located somewhere in The
Wastelands. They are the only form of "reliable" news group out
there, even if they have strong opinions about what should be done
about The System and other groups.
To gather information, they work with a variety of groups and
individuals with connections that span across the world.
Apart from being a news outlet, they are of course a radio
