THE FEATHER FAMILY
The Feather Family is the former leading gang in Starlight City, but was overtaken by the Slaughter Family, in part due to the death of the Feather Family's leader. Now, the late leader's daughter, Samjoko, has taken what remains of the group to hide in the shadows of Starlight's neon lights. Despite being much smaller than before, the family is still in the shadows to this day, awaiting the time they can intact their vengeance for the murder of their former leader.
Despite the fact Samjoko is the acting leader and the fact they're called a family, the Feather Family are not all related by blood - though some of them are. Despite that, many members of the family are very close, and due to this, Samjoko and her father are very heavily respected among the group. Members of the family are distinguished by having a black feather of some kind on their person. This is often as a tattoo, but it can also be a feather symbol on clothes are even just a physical feather. However, the feathers are always black.
