Of course, even though they promise to help anyone from any background, the services provided to the rich and poor are extremely different. Still, C.A.R.E is trusted by many, and it uses its money and power to fund projects that hurt the working class, helping The System in its goal to get rid of the trash of society. There are conspiracies that many missing people cases can be connected back to C.A.R.E. C.A.R.E. denies these claims, even if they are true. The missing people are being used for a special project titled "Corrupt Research". Little is known about this project, and C.A.R.E makes sure that any word about it is quickly taken care of.
