Pio is part of the Asimov Foundation's "Special Androids" team, a group of people that work on custom android orders from the rich. They also work with cyber brain technology, something they've been trying to figure out for a long time.

One of Asimov's brightest, Pio is under quite a lot of pressure. He doesnt seem to let it effect him, working hard everyday with the goal to making everyone's lives easier with technology. Tends to ignore Asimov's messes when it comes political things, finding that he is a separate person from his superiors. Gets in trouble for doing what he wants.
