A higher up in Asimov isn't a human with a strong arm, but instead a simply well dressed, handsome man on a computer screen. Mr. October, with the help of two dear assistants of his, takes his job with pride. No one in Asimov is fully sure if Mr. October is really an android on a computer system or a real person behind the screen. Many have their theories and spread their rumors, but really only a few know which rumors are real or not.
Fully believing in the company goals of Asimov, he is very serious regarding company policies and will assert them in any way he sees fit. If any employee ever dared to go against his words, mock him, or belittle him, then he gladly gets them fired, or worse, a hit from his said dear assistants with hopes to "help shape out our weaker employees". Even with his threats and seriousness, Mr. October truly tries to be a great boss and interact kindly with others employed at Asimov, even if he's completely passionate with the work at Asimov. In fact, all he is is dedicated to his work, and who wouldn't want to work at the glory that is The Asimov Foundation?
All Mr. October likes is his work and working for Asimov. He also really likes his assistants and appreciates all they do for him. He dislikes rowdy, unruly employees, hates those going against the work ethic put in place, and everything similar under that umbrella.
