About
Noé Cosme, lead of the "Corrupts" team at C.A.R.E. He has corrupt
blood coursing through him, a fact only a few know because of
C.A.R.E's secrecy. A normal doctor turned monster.
Learning his time was limited after a diagnosis telling him about
sickness inside of him, Noe searched for a cure in order to live. In
a moment of desperation, Noe injected himself with mysterious blood
him and his team were working on. The blood seemingly got rid of his
disease, and he never felt better...power was coursing through him.
Personality
Walking a fine line between pleasant and gruesome, Cosme is a rotten man. Someone who takes the words of others and files them neatly into gray folders titles “of use”. Every word of his is thought out carefully, tip-toeing around possible outcomes in order to get what he wants. It’s excessive. A smile is just an accessory, something you take on and off. Compulsive. Obsessive. Amoral. It is not beautiful, his actions and thoughts. He doesn't intend them to be, too focused on things that are more important to him.
