A bartender that usually works at a non-speakeasy bar owned by the Magnolia Estate Winery. While he usually works at the bar closest to his apartment, he is willing to work at other bars, even speakeasies. Due to him hopping locations, he's sometimes referred to as the "handsome but elusive" bartender, but Ignacio himself is unaware that the term refers to him.
Personality
He's very quiet and stoic in general, but that's partly due to the burn scar on his face that makes it a bit painful for him to move his mouth a lot. However, behind his not super expressive exterior is an emotional, yet practical young man who has learned how to hold his tongue. However, that does not stop Ignacio from being sassy or giving people a glare when they’re getting too out of hand.
