A GHOST that specifically works for Pulse Radio, and the middle Amamiya sibling. As a GHOST, she goes and finds any information and dirt about the Syatem, so that Pulse Radio can inform others of the System's nefarious side through their broadcasts.

Unlike her twin, Hiroshi, Chiaki is a confident, realistic person with a resting bitch face. She's very vigilant and overly serious due to circumstances, but she's also very honest with herself and others if she needs to rely on others. After all, she just wants to protect her family and friends in the best way she knows how.
